How we might look at talent in the future...

Daniel Coyle is the author of the new book The Talent Code. He provides insight into how top performing athletes differ in their brains to gain a competitive edge. He uses the latest findings in psychology to make his argument of just how people become excellent athletes outside of old ideas on natural talent and physical training. Online he has a blog that highlights his ideas and new findings which is a great read for anyone looking to learn more about fostering more talent in themselves and those around them. His book and blog is an excellent read for coaches and anyone in the athletic field who has an interest in getting the most out of their athletic performance.
